All products sold are non-refundable.

We are more than happy to credit any unworn swimwear for another size, style or color within 30 days, after the inspection of goods. This credit has no expiration.

 The following applies:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. 
  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging, with the hygienic liner, garment tags, and garment bag attached.
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items. 

 

How do I organize an exchange?

If you've met the above requirements, email us at info@taliegolds.com with the following:
 
  1. Your order number and email 
  2. What you would like to exchange

A customer service representative will get back to you in 24 hours with an approval email. This email will include the return address.

 
Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods, as we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned. 
 
 
How long will it take to process my return?
     
We attempt to process all returns as soon as they arrive at our office. Please wait for an email confirming your credit code details.
