What size am I?

Please be sure to read each product bio for a better understanding of fit and style, in addition to our size chart. Our cuts run on the smaller size, so if you are in between we would suggest sizing up.  Click here to view our sizing chart.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. We also accept AfterPay.

When will my order arrive?

Your order is packed and shipped within 2-3 days of your purchase.

  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
  • Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only.

We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on California Pacific Time.

Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order? 

We give you the option to pay Taxes & Duties at checkout or upon delivery if your order is under $500 in UK, European Union, Canada & Australia. If you do not receive the option to pay upon arrival, then your order does not meet our criteria for this.

Upon delivery, if you choose not to pay DHL the Taxes & Duties due by your countries customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded. Please send us an email with any questions regarding International shipping charges you're unsure about. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

How do I take care of the swimwear?

To maintain the longevity of your swimwear, we recommend the following:

DO:

  • Gentle hand wash in cold soapy water then rinse in cold water.
  • Hang dry or leave flat to dry in shaded area.
  • Avoid contacting rough surfaces with your swim, as this may cause pulling to the fabric.

DO NOT:

  • Iron
  • Dry Clean
  • Leave in direct sunlight. This may cause the color to fade and/or damage the material.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    • Tanning products may mark and damage swimwear. We recommend taking extra caution when using these products and always ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your swimwear.
    • Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear, we recommend you rinse immediately after use

     

    What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

    We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival. Please note that each piece is unique and hand made. 

    How can I track my order?

    After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

    If you did not receive a tracking number, send us an email with your Name and Order # to: info@taliegolds.com

    What is your return policy?

    All products sold are non-refundable. We are more than happy to credit any unworn swimwear for another size, style or color within 30 days, after the inspection of goods. This credit code has no expiration. Please read the returns page for more details.

    After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

    What if I received the wrong item?

    In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.

    Yes. If you are not happy with your items, we are more than happy to credit any unworn swimwear for another size, style or color within 30 days.

    We will happily replace a damaged item or reship you an item if you received something incorrectly, but we do not provide refunds. Exchanges only.
